does any one know any where i can dowload more templates for the lables layouts

No, but I highly recommend not using templates -- you always have to fix them.

When creating label layouts, I always used fixed margins (in Layout Setup), and no header or footer. This ensures that my labels print correctly -- provided, of course, that I enter the correct numbers.
