I have 2 files A and B, I make relationship based on ID... In relationship from A to B , I click create new record option. So When I create a record in A, it also creates a record in B . But in certain condition, I don't want to create a record in B even I create a record in A. Do you know a way to achieve it?

So you need the fields in B to have some "validate by calcs".

If you currently are working with portal, check the sample section as I recently posted a workaround sample to "disabling Allow creation of related records".

It would help to know which conditions, as you could even avoid the fields you're entering to show according to certain conditions (privileges, ...).
