Mac Filemaker to AS/400 via ODBC

Featured Replies

Has anyone connected to a AS/400 using ODBC on a MAC without going thru a Windows machine first?

Thanks,

Brian

Not me. I can't find a DB2-as400 ODBC driver for macos-x.

If you find it, please post information on this thread, I'll do the same.

You can try Unix odbc driver

Or just use JDBC drivers

JDBC is new to me. Could you point me to a place where I can start learning ?

JDBC is a java api that all communication between database and java software. SO you can build a solution that communicate to your AS 400 db and your filemaker DB.
