Problems with image file

Featured Replies

I hope that someone can help me. I have a database of styles and another of Images. In the style file I have placed a related image field. My problem is when as master user I go to enter a an image there is no problem, but when one of the administrators is adding the image this is done by right clicking the mouse Filemaker opens a dialog to record a sound?:?? I am completely stumped!

Hello Mark,

I've tried reproducing your problem on my Mac (Which uses Control+Click in stead of Right-clicking) and get a menu with the choice to insert either a picture, a movie or record a sound.

If I doubleclick on the field it takes me straight to the sound recording dialog.

So this all appears to be well behaved...

Supposing your admin users work on another machine then you, have you tried logging in with your master password on their machine(s)?

Best regards,

Ernst

Ernst,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have found the problem. I changed the security settings. With this I changed the menus this is where the problem came from. It always seems to be simple when you step back and look at the problem.
