Any way to web-enable a DB from the server?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have FM Server 5.5 running under Redhat Linux.

Is there any way I can use this server to host web access

to the database?

Thanks in advance!!

David

A filemaker Client (Unlimited) can access the hosted database and in turn serve it to the web, but no, not directly, since filemaker client does not run on linux.

And this is duplicate qustion.

so there is no way to "web-enable" fm db's in a linux only environment???

since there is no way to create fm databases using linux only, what would be the point of it anyway?
