As a novice I am constantly "taking apart" sample forms to see how they "did it". Of course the problem is that I can never get them back together and it seems like they are de-sembled for good. Is there a way to restore it back to what is was when I first opened it? There's gotta be a gutton somewhere.

Probably not. You will need to download them again. Next time if the file seems important, slice up a copy instead.
