saving export file with a field enry

Hi there, i was just wondering if there was a way to export a file but that file name would be an entry in a field? so if i was doing an export for payroll week 10, there would be a container called "payroll week" and when you create a script to export it will save the file name what ever is in that container. this is something that i have been wondering for a while.

any ideas?
