I have 2 separate offices using one database. 1 office is mobile, and for the most part will be using the database locally. They will only be able to connect to the internet once a day.

The Mobile office will only be editing 1 or 2 specific fields. Is there are easy and safe way for the home office to import the mobile office modifications to those specific fileds without over-writing their modifications to other fields?

1. Import a record or group of records. While doing this, set the Import options the way you want them, i.e. in this case you'd turn off all the fields but the one or two you want, and turn on the "Update matching records" option.

2. Make a script with the Import step, set to restore current options.

3. Use the script to do your imports.
