Is it possible to serve up data from a fm server 5 via ODBC? I've tried to do it via a fm 6 workstation connected to the db from the server, but all I get are the field titles, no data.

NO, server has absolutely no other function, then to pump data to FM clients.

and whats the point of it, anyway?

Why use ODBC when you can connect to the database directly?

You can always use ODBC on a FileMkaer Client to update a shared database on the FM server , though.,
