Export records

What is the best way ?

From the master file call a script in an other file to 'import' the selected records

or

export the selected records directly from the master file to an other file ?

Any suggestion will be welcom

Have you tried exporting records directly into another existing file? Give it a whirl -- I think you'll have your answer.
