Attatch File

Hi there,

Now i need to have a program that allow people to attatch a file, then i will set a button to let them click and open the file using their own application, after that it will jump back to my program.

The attatch file is just like have a browse button to let user browse the file then the path of the field will display in a text field. How can i do this.
