Button that takes me to "yesterday"-entry

Hello there,

I am working on this databank where I try to organize the chores of a family household. I have it full of buttons and scripts but I find myself in front of one tiny problem! I do not know how to create a button that takes me to the records (i.e. "what did I need to do yesterday?") from YESTERDAY or a button that shows me THIS WEEK.

Does anybody have a suggestion? [color:"purple"] crazy.gif

You can find this information in at least three different methods, by using a calculation, by using a script, or a by a relationship (hello Ugo),

How do you currently know what TO DO's are still remaining from Yesterday? Do you mark with a date completed, or check box, etc.)?

Each member has to mark the check box when they completed their duty. But I want to create an overview. So i.e. the children come in and want to know what are their duties for THIS WEEK they can have a display of it. Or they want to know what is left to do...

How do you make calculations with dates? I think that would be the best solution and from there on I can create a button. blush.gif

Are these duties on separate records, or fields?

Do you have a date field, or a weekof year field?

Maybe you could either post a copy of your file(s) involved, or send them to me direct. I will be out of town for a few hours (going to go pick up my grand kids), but will do whatever I can when I return.
