July 10, 200322 yr Hi, all. I'm certain that this is an issue that is very common and so hopefully the answer is easier than I think it is. For my report (and nearly all reports) I have a Trailing Grand Summary with the report totals. My problem is that this part often gets orphaned on to its own page! It looks really bad to have a report like: ------------------------------------------------------------------- Clothing...................$10 Jewelry....................$15 ... Department Totals..........$50 <new page> Report Totals............$1000 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Is there any way of ensuring that the grand header (or any summary field, for that matter) is always accompanied with at least one record, rather than to appear all by itself on its own page?
July 16, 200322 yr hey, i'm having the same problem... i want the trailing grand total to show up on the same page as all my other data but it keeps getting pushed off to a new page all by itself. anybody have any suggestions?
