I want to "transfer" a set of records I found in one database to another. One example: I want to find all dealers from Florida in my customer database, then I switch to my invoice database. There I would like to have the same selection of records as in the customer database.

How to do? This would help a lot!

Find the set of records you want.

Create a layout with a unique number field on it with no other elements.

Create a script:

Go to layout [one field layout]

Copy All Records

Go to Layout [one with all fields]

Paste [into A Global Field]

Go to related record [show only related]

Based on relation ship Global field to Number field in the Invoice database.
