The data that needs to be looked up is the same data that changes all the time;

"City, Mileage, Driver Labor, Helper Labor and Extra Driver Labor"

Invoicing is done from the totals of mileage and all the different labor.

We'll send a copy of the tour page for backup.

I've attached a jpg of the "tour summary" to help explain.

After stepping away from it for a few day...I figured out another solution to my problem. It's not as clean as the Lookup in the portal, but it should work for our little company.
