I've just created a report using summary part. The report results in several line items, some of which have negative subtotals. I have created a Summary field that is a Total of the subtotal field mentioned before. However, it totals the absolute value and ignores the negative values.

Very Frustrated, Anyone have any idea's?

Make sure your summary field is really pointed at the subtotal field you think is is. I have never heard of a similar problem. My guess is "something you know, ain't so". I'm sure the answer would present itself if I inspected the file.

OBTW, what platform & version of FM?
