I am designing a database for 10 accounts. I would like to enter ALL entries and ALL accounts in the same database, sort by Account number and be able to tell the balance on that certain account (like checkbook registry). Can this be done? Can I use a pop-up list (different acct numbers) and be able to sort by those different account numbers? I need some help!!

This is actually pretty easy to do. You need to use the GetSummary function.
