Hello

We've just had a pentium III windows NT4 computer donated to our small charity. We run FMP5.5 on a network using FMP server. I installed FMP on the new workstation and tried to open a file through the host. I got the access violation 0xc0000005 message. Any ideas what that could be? A web search only threw up the suggestion of a conflict between the service pack and FMP. I don't really know what that means! Although I manage the IT here, I'm very self taught and don't necessarily understand all the technical terms. But if anyone has any ideas, that would be great.

Service pack for NT4 should be 4 or 6.

Get also the latest FM version.
