Newbies ACTSA@ACTSA Posted August 5, 2003 Newbies Share Posted August 5, 2003 Hello We've just had a pentium III windows NT4 computer donated to our small charity. We run FMP5.5 on a network using FMP server. I installed FMP on the new workstation and tried to open a file through the host. I got the access violation 0xc0000005 message. Any ideas what that could be? A web search only threw up the suggestion of a conflict between the service pack and FMP. I don't really know what that means! Although I manage the IT here, I'm very self taught and don't necessarily understand all the technical terms.
