Newbies lgonzales Posted August 16, 2000 Newbies Share Posted August 16, 2000 I'm using an employee dbase with no duplicates and another dbase where I keep training records on each employee which does have the employees' ID's several times. These two dbases are related via the Id#. I need to run a report in the training dbase for each department where the number of employees can be counted (once only) even though their ID# is in there several times.
