August 10, 200322 yr I have a file that the customer wants to view in table form. It has so many fields that it is 2 1/2 viewable screens wide. What is the best way to add a copy of the very first field somewhere later in the record so that the customer can still identify the record? I tried to duplicate the field, but it didn't show up in the table. I currently have the 2nd field set as a calculation field that is set to equal the first field, but it doesn't update if the first field is changed. any ideas?
August 11, 200322 yr Author oops, never mind I had the field type = TEXT and the option = AUTO-ENTER, CALCULATION I changed it to type = CALCUALTION and option = "FIELD NAME" I hope this helped someone else.
