Pint setup problem

Hi there, i have a system with 4 files, one is the main menu and th other 3 is normal database. Now i have set the print setup option in the main menu file and let user to select the printer. But after setting, the other 3 files will not get the latest setup option from the main menu file. So how can i done it?
