This may be a long shot ... but is there any way to email an entire report to someone .. or export it to a pdf and them attach it to an email ... :) any ideas

Hi:

Yeah, you should be able to do that. You would have to print your report as PDF, then use the Send Mail [] function and attach it. If you have OSX, you can do this natively. If not, you will need Acrobat.

A plug-in I suggest because it works very well to send mail directly from FM is called SMTPit.
