I have two seperate DB's. I would like to export from DB-1 only a few records into DB-2. I do not want to import all the records in the DB. My prupose is to import certain records used from a previous years report into the next year. Can it be done?

FileMaker imports a "Found Set". That can be one record, a few, or all records depending on how you have set it up in DB-1.

So, do a find for the records that meet your criteria in DB-1, and then do your import in DB-2 by selecting your DB-1 database as the file.
