Kristen Posted September 2, 2003 Posted September 2, 2003 I don't think scriptmaker is the place for this, but I did not see a better section. I have created a subsummary report, and would like the users to be able to VIEW the entire report on screen. I have no problem if the report is 1 page long, they get the full view in preview mode. However, if the report is multiple pages, is there a way that they can view the complete report without printing?
ernst Posted September 2, 2003 Posted September 2, 2003 By browsing through the pages via the 'whatever it's called' in the top - left corner of the window when the status area is visible. Just below the layout popup menu. Ernst.
ernst Posted September 2, 2003 Posted September 2, 2003 it's actually called the 'bookicon' and it allows you to browse the pages of your report when in preview mode. Ernst.
macguys Posted September 5, 2003 Posted September 5, 2003 I'm having the same problem. I have a report that breaks on a new page with each instance of the subsummary sort variable. I only get one page worth of data for each instance.
-Queue- Posted September 5, 2003 Posted September 5, 2003 In Layout Mode, double-click on the subsummary part and deselect any 'page break' checkboxes.
