Restricting Access to Specific Records

I know how to restrict access to features, fields and layouts, but is there a way to prevent a user on a network from viewing specific records?

Your navigation should control this. The navigation should control what records are part of the found set and which users are allowed to control which records.

This is something that you need to program via Scriptmaker.
