Navigation with pop-up lists and value lists

I know this has been published in Filemaker Advisor but I can't find the article for the life of me. Can someone give me the steps for creating a pop-up list that will let me navigate to another layout by selecting a line of text in a pop-up list? As I recall, it wasn't that difficult, but I can't get the whole loop thing down and my script won't let users change their mind and click off the pop-up field.

You can find a perfect example at http://www.nightwing.com.au/FileMaker/demos3.html#d6 called Pop-Up 'Layout Menu.'
