How do i write the calculation dependant on the fact that 1 field is with in a certain number range and a second field is a selected value ie smog ok or no smog and what the equation is based on the combintation of those values.

ie if lot number is 500...599 or 700...899 and is smog ok field +$40

if lot number is 600...699 and is smog ok or no smog filed =$0
