Does anyone know how I can get my phone number field to automatically insert a "-" in the appropriate places? I want to enter the ten digits and have the number format as xxx-xxx-xxxx when I exit the field.

Any suggestions?

Lee Smith (I think) has a sample file for this, which I think is in the Samples section. It not only inserts the dashes correctly, but deals with entries in other formats (such as (xxx) xxx-xxxx and xxx.xxx.xxxx) which is very handy. I can't remember what it is called, but dig around in Samples, and you should find it.
