How can I have a script run automatically at a specific time of day?

Would I have a problem using Pause/resume script() and set it to activate after a commonly used script. This seems to work for a Promo layout I use. If another script is used it seems to stop the Pause/resume script. Could I set it for eight hours and assume it would work overnight. Its for backing up data using export so it won't hurt if it happens more often.

What platform are you on? It's easy to do this sort of thing with a "cron" utility.

You can use a DOS Batch file with the scheduler to do backups on Windows. Even I figured out how to do that. wink.gif
