I am trying t find scripts and tabs that allow a user to jump to letters of the alphabet. I know i've seen tabbed letters on the top of screens and when clicked on a letter you are taken to that letter in a list rather than scrolling down the list.

Does anyone know where I can find this or and easy way to create it?
