Appleworks information into filemaker

Hi there,

I'm helping a friend create a filemaker database (well, it's done already) but he'd prefer to import his previous appleworks info into filemaker, but appleworks doesnt have an export function.

Does anyone know if its possible to import appleworks info and if so how?
