i would want to do a migration between my server nt4 (with filemaker server 3.0v4) on my server windows 2000 server

Hmm, I am not sure that FMS 3.x will run on Win2k, and even if it does, it will not be supported by Filemaker, Inc.

I would suggest upgrading to Filemaker 6 or just leaving it on the NT server. Many, many people are still using NT4 as thier prefered database server, especially for the older database engines.
