Anyone ever network Mac's and Pc's with FileMaker Pro, we are running an ethernet connection. Comments or direction are more than welcome.

Sure many times. Just set Filemaker's network protocol to TCP/IP and share away. Like all shared database however, you'll want to open them ALL on the host/server and then open Filemaker and go to the File -> Open Hosts to actually open the databases.
