McCormick Posted November 4, 2003 Posted November 4, 2003 I'm just posting this because I didn't find it when I went looking, but I've figured it once since then. If you want to perform a universal Find & Replace with a carriage return (in either slot), you can't do it (any way I know) with Edit: Find/Replace. You can't, for instance, cut and paste the symbol. What you can do, however, is set up a script with the Find/Replace step, and set it to use the value from specific fields. Just create a Find field (Text, or Global) and a Replace field (same), and put in a carriage return, wacky symbol, or anything too hard for the message box.
