I know how to export in pdf but my problem is

that i don't know how to have a nice exportation.

To be more self explanatory, i want that when

i export multiple records when print after one another witout blank space between the fields and witout od course, scrapping some text between pages.

i hope this explain well, what I need.

You posted with the Mac icon, so I'll assume you're on a mac. You actually don't export to a pdf file. Since a pdf file is PostScript, you print to a pdf file using an appropriate print driver. Adobe provides a high end product. There is also a shareware app called PrintToPDF by James Walker (www.jwwalker.com). PrintToPDF provides a number of options including designating a folder for the pdf document of asking for a file name and destination. -bd

finally i tried the sliding options to get the result that I need and then print as you said, and it seems to work.
