I am running FileMaker Unlimited on OS X and serving web pages through it. Occasionaly it crashes and my clients can not access it. Is there some app out there in Mac Land that will give an audio alert when an application crashes.

Applescript will do the job. Create an Applescript which checks processes every minute (or whatever), and if FileMaker is not one of those processes then play an audio alert.
