I've a db with layout with a field "box" and in each box I've 81 spots where the user can put some biological stuff in it. So, I set up another field with an "external" value list for the 81 spots (in fact a pop up list with simply the numbers). What I would like to do is when the user select a spot number is to eliminate this number from the value list. So, it will be impossible for a particular box to use twice (or more !) the same spot. Of course, when a product will be used the record will be deleted and the spot number will need to return to the spot value list

I'm a little bit stuck on this,
