how to update a value list

Hi there,

I've a db with layout with a field "box" and in each box I've 81 spots where the user can put some biological stuff in it. So, I set up another field with an "external" value list for the 81 spots (in fact a pop up list with simply the numbers). What I would like to do is when the user select a spot number is to eliminate this number from the value list. So, it will be impossible for a particular box to use twice (or more !) the same spot. Of course, when a product will be used the record will be deleted and the spot number will need to return to the spot value list

I'm a little bit stuck on this,

Yes, this file was posted by Dj (Goran Djukic) as an answer to one of my requests. You can also get this technique at work on value lists in the Sample section by clicking this other attachment.
