Hi All,

We have this Application called Adblocks which is written on filemaker pro. This application is serviced through a Citrix server for mutiple users. The problem is, lately Almost once a week we get this error. Could not pause file Calls.fp5 because of an outstanding database lock from guest Unknown. Sometimes one of the user's name will be in place of Unknown. When this happens it freezes up the database and no one can use the application until we reboot the server. At times in the process files are damage that has to get recoverd. Does anyone have any idea what this is?. The Apps Vendor Can't figure out why this is happening and so do we. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The app runs on a win2k server as well as the citrix servers. Thanks in advance.
