Being not totally saavy about property management (and perhaps they'd have no trouble here), I found it a little difficult to follow the correct order in entering data. This minor problem was componded by having several fields on later data entry layouts which were calculations from earlier steps in the process (address in particular). It was enterable on the layout, but not editable. I'd not filled it in yet, so I got a beep, standard error message; but didn't know where to go to enter it.

I think you could go through and polish the data entry process a bit. If those calculation fields do not need to be enterable for Finds (which you many want to control better anyway), then they should not be enterable, and could possible pop up a useful message, like "You need to enter the address back in the other file, dummy!"
