February 4, 200421 yr Newbies How would I go about removing databases from showing up in the File > Open > Hosts list. I have too many databases in there and I would like to just make a master database that my users can just open and from there they can access all the other databases. I simply want to hide specific databases from that list. Thanks.
February 4, 200421 yr Why not avoid the File>Open>host completely. Create an opener file Which has buttons that are scripted to open the databases. If you put the same password on the opener file as the main files. The users will only be prompted for a password 1 time(when they open the Opener file). Much easier then opening them through the File>open>hosts.

February 12, 200421 yr One method is to add an underscore to the end of the file name like this: filename_.fp5 This will keep it from comming up.
