I have a deal database setup which contains all the information for a specific deal what I want to do is to be able to associate a number of file (pdf/excel/word etc) which are associated to a specific deal number. Has anyone got any ideas / samples how to do this with out it being a manual job of having to actually write the file names in to text boxes? Thanks Simon
Vaughan Posted February 5, 2004 Posted February 5, 2004 Err, why not standardise the deal names... say deal00001, deal0002. Then you can uase a calculation field to generate filenames like deal0001.pdf deal0001.xls deal0001.doc
