Not sure if this is the right section....anyway...

I have a deal database setup which contains all the information for a specific deal what I want to do is to be able to associate a number of file (pdf/excel/word etc) which are associated to a specific deal number. Has anyone got any ideas / samples how to do this with out it being a manual job of having to actually write the file names in to text boxes?

Err, why not standardise the deal names... say deal00001, deal0002. Then you can uase a calculation field to generate filenames like

deal0001.pdf

deal0001.xls

deal0001.doc
