I have a database with files numbers.

I've made a script which enables users to choose numbers from an index ("inser from index" script command).

On some keyboards, users can select files numbers, in the index window, quickly from the "number keyboard" (the right hand side of the keyboard), some other must select the file number with the shift + number (top of the keyboard).

I cannot explain on which criteria it depends (some keyboards are OK, other are not).

I do not have this problem on Mac.

Do you have the same problem ?

Is there something to set in the OS, in FileMaker ?

Hi Antoine, and welcome to the List. Since you are new, I'll be gentle.

Please Do No Double Post.

1). It isn't necessary. This is really only one Site, with several areas of interest. These areas are there for you to choose one that seems to be closes to your problem. Not to worry though, if you miss it, no one will holler. And, you will still receive plenty of good answers.

2). Double post are confusing, and cause extra work for those of us who try to follow and answer. What happens is some will post one posts, and others will post others.
