I happened onto this Show Custom Dialog Script recently and it looks like the perfect solution for passing messages back and forth from my shop.

What I would like to include in the pop-up dialog is some kind of radio button or pop-up menu to add a little focus to the message.

Is there some way to integrate additional buttons that would show up with the Show Custom Dialog script?

No, not yet. I'm hoping it'll be in FMP 7.

You're not able to do this with FileMaker alone. You need to use a dialog plug-in to have this capability.
