Relationships between FM TASK & MEETING templates

Featured Replies

I am somewhat experienced with FM but not so much with the relationship feature. Here is my ambition:

I am using the Filemaker Pro MEETING template/solution and have just begun to use the FM TASK solution as well. The two, however, appear to be redundant in creating TASKS (in Tasks) and ACTION ITEMS (in Meeting). Is there a way to effetively merge these tow so when I create an action item in MEETING I can then see it and work on it in TASK. and visa versa?

Thanks for any assistance.

Dave

Oh, these are the FAMOUS FileMaker Applications...

From FMI's web site....

"Now, you don't have to settle for generic office suites, or spend time developing a homegrown solution. FileMaker has created a suite of applications that are tailored to you, the business professional. With FileMaker Applications, you have precisely the tools you need, when you need them, to do your job."

FMI is providing support for their home made applications, don't they ?

Sorry, I'm still a "bit" concerned about it. Would this post be the first of new long list, as expected ?
