Lee Smith Posted February 24, 2004 Share Posted February 24, 2004 Hi David, I usually create an "All Fields" layout just for this purpose. Then you can always get to the fields. You can make the layout invisible to the user by removing it from the Layout list shown in the Rolodex on the left in the layout setup.
