I am wondering if anyone has had any problems running Web Connector on Windows Server 2003?

Yes, we are unable to do it unfortunally. FileMaker has issued a techinfo about this and states that it generates an error, but will be fixed with Server 7. So for now we must downgrade the server to windows 2000.
