We've FM server 5.5 V2 Running on Xservev Mac OS x 10.2.4

We are desperate over the issue of FM server 5.5v2, updated to 5.5v4 not running.

We have followed all the necessary steps as guided.

We stopped 111 databases one by one.

We removed all the databases of first level to an outside folder after stopping the server.

We ran the updater v4

Restarted the computer

Checked the version of the updated FM application and is correct. 5.5v4

Double clicked but nothing happens.

Finally we had to reinstall the previous version again

We have frequent closing of some databases and we understand that v4 will fix these problems
