Printers not being recognized

We're running FileMaker 6 connected to FileMaker 5.5 Server, running on Windows 2000 Server. Recently, we added some new Dell computers running Windows XP.

The problem is that the new computers aren't showing all of the available network printers. We have two servers. The old one is a Windows NT server running Novell server software. All of those printers are showing in the print dialogue box.

Any shared printer on the Windows 2000 server are not showing up in the print dialogue box in FileMaker, but they are in other programs.

We have tried reinstalling FileMaker and changing print drivers, but with no luck. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? I tried searching the internet and the FileMaker website, but didn't get anywhere.
